At N.E. Love Naturals, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Shipping Days:

• We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your candles arrive in optimal condition.
• Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.

Processing Time:

• All of our candles are poured to ensure the highest quality.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

No Returns or Exchanges:

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:

• If your order arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged item(s) to our customer service within two days of receipt.

Shipping Restrictions:

• International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
